Repairs
If it is not possible to envisage repairing your equipment on site, it must be returned to our shops.
A repair quotation will be sent to you after examination by our specialist. Once repaired, the instrument will undergo the same tests as a brand new instrument to guarantee compliance with our acceptance criteria.
Upgrading
We can inform you regularly of the updates, necessary upgrades. Thanks to our longstanding experience in thermal analysis and calorimetry, an equipment renewal plan can be established sufficiently far in advance to ensure perfect continuity in your research or analysis studies.
